**Job Summary**:
Mirani Homes is a growing residential builder and real estate developer focused on high-quality duplex and custom home projects in Vancouver and Burnaby. We are a tight-knit team committed to craftsmanship, transparency, and execution.

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator / Site Lead to support our growing portfolio. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands both jobsite coordination and project administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage construction schedules and ensure trade punctuality
- Perform quality control walk-throughs, flag deficiencies, and follow up with trades
- Approve work for payment once it meets company standards
- Coordinate trade start dates, clarify scopes, and document key discussions
- Submit weekly site progress photos and brief reports
- Communicate jobsite issues to Project Manager and support resolution
- Attend site inspections and coordinate access/logistics as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in residential construction (custom homes, duplexes preferred)
- Ability to manage trades, maintain timelines, and hold people accountable
- Strong attention to detail with high workmanship standards
- Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes
- Good communicator — both written and verbal
- Comfortable with light admin and basic digital tools (Google Docs/Sheets, Calendar etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus If You Have**:

- First Aid training
- Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive base salary: $50K-$90K/year

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
