Comfort Keepers Sudbury, ON is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team in the role of a Companion in the Espanola, ON area. As a companion, you can help improve the quality of life for seniors, enabling them to remain independent and safe in their home longer.

Companions on our team work directly with seniors. You will have opportunities for joy, friendship, and meaningful relationships and memories that will truly make a difference in the life of a senior.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Socialization
- Activities/Games with Senior
- Laundry
- Closet and cupboard organization
- Tools and supplies provided
- Grocery shopping, running errands

**Job Requirements**:

- Genuinely concerned about helping people
- Access to a mobile phone (data enabled preferred) and internet
- Must have car (may travel to multiple locations in a day)
- Must have current Vulnerable Sector Police check (within past 6 months) or be willing to obtain one
- We welcome individuals with experience as a House Support Worker, House Cleaner or Housekeeper to apply_
