Moncton, Canada Legends Catering and Event Venue Full time

This casual/part time position will be responsible for serving many food service styles, including pub-style, buffet, bartending, upscale plated dinners, and concessions.

- Must be willing to work 6 to 12-hour shifts

- Event Based Schedule
- Following Event Order Details and Making Changes as the client/organizer requests
- Keeping a clean and organized work space
- Managing guests' inquiries and possible complaints and reporting to MOD
- Coordinating event preparation by setting up tables and buffets
- Conveying special instructions from guests to the FOH and BOH
- Collaborating and communicating with other staff member to ensure guest comfort
- **Experience**_
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in banquets or catering is considered an asset
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Customer Service_-Good customer service skills help ensure guests receive the food and beverages they want.
- Professionalism_-Banquet servers are representatives of Legends, making it important for them to maintain an enthusiastic attitude and adhere to standards.
- Attention to Detail_-Attention to detail allows everything from decorations to tableware to have a neat, professional look that adheres to client preferences.

Pay: From $15.30 per hour
