Creativity and customer service are what fuel the success of the Best Buy for Business team. This group provides unique product and service solutions to diverse clients across the private and public sectors — from hotels and restaurants to some of the country's largest corporations.

The Field Agent III is responsible for the delivery and installation of commercial solutions, or site inspections, troubleshooting, and/or calibration of commercial audio/video equipment. Commercial Installations that require a higher skill set will be handled by this individual. The Field Agent III may also be responsible for installing/servicing new technologically advanced initiatives such as commercial automation, advanced networking, distributed audio/video, and other future technologies. This individual may also be asked to coach, train, and mentor residential Field Agents I and II to aid in their professional development.

As a Field Agent III you will
- Complete commercial installations/consultations for clients and provide fulfillment of appropriate install and related enhancement services as outlined within the commercial scopes of work provided for each job
- Optimize audio/video equipment for optimal product performance and test all products set up to ensure that they are operating properly
- Troubleshoot & resolve advanced technical problems or issues and complete advanced system design/ planning
- Interact with clients to provide an interactive demonstration and to explain the system functionality in a friendly manner
- Potentially ride alone to complete single person scopes of work

The experience we need
- 3-5+ years of related job experience (installation or construction and A/V experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or related position
- 2+ years of job related retail experience (home solutions/computers)
- You possess a valid driver’s license, have 5 years of driving experience, with a clean motor vehicle record
- You are legally bonded
- ISF and Scissor Lift Certification
