Construction Foreman

**Duties**:

- Overseeing the safety and performance of crews on various and sometimes challenging projects
- Leading from the front lines
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to provide clear instructions to the crew
- Maintaining daily records including crew and equipment time
- Planning to ensure materials and resources are in place ahead of the work
- Always working in a safe and respectful manner
- Operating as a productive member of a high functioning team

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in construction,
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and have a good work ethic
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Willingness to travel for work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
