Store Manager

Greely Convenience Store is a family owned business that is looking for full-time manager employee to join our company. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude who is responsible and flexible.

Qualifications:

- Applicant MUST have a clean criminal record
- Computer literate
- Previous cashier experience an asset
- High School Diploma
- Their own transportation
- Ability to provide a proactive approach in customer service and problem-solving
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Some responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Customer Service
- Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers
- Maintains a neat and organized checkout area
- Accurately scans or enters product data
- Accurately accounts for cash, lottery

Merchandising
- Basic Maintenance & Cleaning (Stocking Shelves, Sweeping, Taking out Garbage, etc)
- Advises appropriate person regarding stock outs/shortages

Loss Prevention
- Ensures loss prevention standards are followed
- Controls cash, lottery, and tobacco inventory in accordance with prescribed cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintains proper security of cash and merchandise

General
- Opening and Closing the store, (Key holder).
- Checking age of majority for lottery and tobacco customers
- Complies with all health and safety regulations
- Complies with all store policies and procedures.
- Pours coffee and handles breakfast such as bagels, muffins, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour
