We are looking to add a Retail Salesperson to our team. We have a small team and a busy retail environment. It's important that you are self-motivated, task driven, customer service oriented and work well with a team.

Retail experience of 1 year minimum is required. Sales of clothing, footwear and or outerwear is a huge asset to hit the ground running. This is a permanent position and you need to be available a minimum of 24 hours or up to 40 hours per week. Weekends may be necessary.

Product knowledge is very important. We stock a large brand selection of specialty men's and women's clothing, footwear, outerwear and accessories. We require professionalism, and the ability to engage with customers in store, while contributing to a fun environment.
Please highlight any specific qualities that could set you apart. Proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, Shopify Point of Sale, sales, merchandising or other attributes.

Requirements/Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven individual with ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Ability to be thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiar with the company, product, and a willingness to learn
- Equipped with retail know-how and common sense
- Experience with Apple Computers, Shopify, Photoshop, Google Sheets, and Ship Station an asset
- Retail Sales, in particular fashion and footwear experience is an asset
- The ability to retain product knowledge and be able to assist customers in finding items that suit their needs.

**Salary**: $13.00-$16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff have the option to wear a mask in store currently. Customers have optional masking as well. This is a temporary precaution, but safety measures have kept up operating through the Covid-19 pandemic. Surfaces are sanitized regularly.
