Mixologist/bartender

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage with customers to recommend drinks based on preferences and provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
