Description:**Responsibilities**:
Produce 2D and 3D motion graphics in accordance with Picture Head’s highest standards, as well as to client expectations-
- Create branded motion graphics with various elements, combining software output such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, and more Localize existing graphics for international distribution using detailed client guidelines.-
- Convert elements into various formats for client viewing and editorial use-
- Build and refine workflows, and problem solve alongside the Lead Motion Graphic Designer as well as global Graphic Teams-
- Coordinate and communicate with outside agencies, art services and clients as needed with each project-
- Work collaboratively with our editorial and production teams, locally as well as globally-
- Collaborative training and execution on local and global workflows across various projects, teams, and software-
- Professional demeanor and diplomacy are always important.**Required Skills**:
- Fully proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)-
- Strong After Effects design and animation skills, and experience with third-party plugins, such as Element 3D, Red Giant, Trapcode, Boris FX (Sapphire, Continuum)-
- Experience with post-production compositing, such as motion tracking, chroma key, and rotoscoping-
- Experience of working to a high standard against tight deadlines-
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, modeling, texturing, and rendering would be a great addition-
- Experience with scripting in After Effects to drive procedural animation is a huge plus.-
- Ability to take creative feedback as well as share new ideas-
- Must have a proven track record of having excellent people skills and can work collaboratively within a team-
- Must be willing to take on new projects and challenges with a sense of ownership and willingness to help your peers-
- Highly motivated and organized-
- Ability to multitask-
- Able to build partnerships with both local and international teams-
- Be able to accommodate a flexible shift**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior company experience-
- Exceptional communication skills in dealing with both technical and artistic groups-
- Exceptional organization skills balancing multiple shows and tasks.-
- Reliable, with good timekeeping and the ability to meet deadlines-
- Experience troubleshooting pipeline issues**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role-
- Demonstrated ability to work with strict deadlines and under pressure-
- Ability to take direction and find creative solutions during the iterative process-
- Strong attention to detail**Education**:
- High School education or equivalent required-
