STC Industrial Contracting is looking for an experienced Industrial Project Manager / Estimator to help improve overall company operations of a diverse business that specializes in structural steel, piping and miscellaneous steel construction and maintenance within the mining and utility sectors in Saskatchewan.

**Job Duties**
- Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy;
- Review technical Specifications and Drawings for pricing and scope review;
- Prepare estimates of materials, labour, sub-contractor costs, etc. for job bids;
- Maintain and complete tender processes, including administrative tasks;
- Continuously update unit costs, labour rates, productivity factors and location impacts;
- Maintain databases, including labour rates, material pricing, and project costs, for future reference.
- Work effectively and accurately in time-sensitive situations while delegating to a team;
- Liaise with existing clients as well as new owners, consultants, engineers and architects;
- Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
- Act as a safety leader by implementing and ensuring compliance with STCI’s OH&S programs, including all COVID-19 protocols, in accordance with company policies and provincial standards.
- Hold coordination meetings and assess job priorities.
- In conjunction with the Project Manager; plan, coordinate, and assign work to site crews and ensure equipment & materials are available to complete the required work.
- Monitor work projects to ensure the safe and timely execution of all activities.
- Excellent leadership skills - must be able to motivate others and provide complete, direct and actionable feedback

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years estimating experience, or related field experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction and maintenance projects in an industrial setting.
- Construction Project Management Experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Strong leadership and team building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and Word)
- Safety conscious, team-oriented, hardworking, and reliable.

**Education**
- Journeyperson Certification in the Trades or B.Sc. in Engineering in related field is preferred

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
