Job Summary - Club Influencer

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Club Influencer to help drive sales and increase visibility for our venue and events. The Club Influencer will play a key role in promoting our club experience, building excitement for upcoming events, and attracting new and returning guests. Through active social media engagement, content creation, and community outreach, the influencer will strengthen the club’s brand presence and directly contribute to increased attendance and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the club and upcoming events across personal and club-affiliated social media channels.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, live streams) to showcase the club atmosphere, special events, and promotions.
- Drive ticket and table sales by encouraging followers and networks to attend.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging.
- Network with potential guests, VIPs, and influencers to expand the club’s audience.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategies and help identify new promotional opportunities.
- Maintain a positive image that reflects the club’s brand and values.

Success in this role means:

- Increased social media engagement and follower growth for the club.
- Boosted attendance at promoted events.
- Direct contribution to revenue growth through ticket and table sales.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R3E 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
