The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Parts Associates to join our team at our busy retail location. We are in search of team members with mechanical knowledge of powersports vehicles (snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc) to advise and assist our customers with selecting the correct hard parts for their machine, and ensure they have an outstanding shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Determining customer needs and recommending hard parts for purchase
- Answering customer questions from in-store and call-in customers
- Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
- Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
- Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager

**Qualifications**:

- Parts, powersports, or mechanical knowledge is definite asset
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Additional Information
- This position reports to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager
- This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends
- This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store
- Steel toe, green patch work boots are required
