_Manager - Assistant Store Manager_

- You help meet and exceed your personal sales goals, overall sales, key metrics, and hours of productivity.
- You ensure the training of your employees by putting forward your leadership, your dynamism and your positivism to ensure that all your staff have the tools and the training necessary to meet the requirements of the customers.
- You easily communicate your expectations to your staff and those of your managers.
- You maintain a clean and well-organized environment for your customers and employees.
- You ensure that all employees know and follow company policies and procedures.
- You actively participate in promoting a positive environment in your community.
- You make sure the boxes are unpacked and you use the visual presentation planograms so that you optimize your financial results.

Groupe Marie Claire is a family business specializing in the creation and retail sale of women's ready-to-wear at affordable prices. The company has more than 300 stores - both in urban centers and in the regions - in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick. They are divided into six banners: Marie Claire, Grenier, Claire France, San Francisco, Dans un Jardin and Emotions. In all, 1,800 people work for the company, including 120 at its head office in the Anjou sector in Montreal. This is where the design of the collections is done, while the production is mainly entrusted to factories in Asia and Europe. However, approximately 10% of production remains in Quebec.
