Kindling Cannabis Milton is seeking a reliable on-call driver to join our growing team

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate your own vehicle to transport packages to customer's designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs if necessary.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues promptly.
- **This is not an hourly wage role,**_but rather an **Independent contractor role.**Compensation breakdown below:

- 50 Cent/km travelled till the delivery locations
- $4 commission per successful completed delivery
- 100% tips

**Example**:You drove 10 km for a delivery and completed successfully. You also received a tip $3. In this case, your total pay for the one delivery would be:

- 10 km x 0.5 = $5
- $4 for successful delivery
- $3 tip
- **Total**:$12 for single delivery
- Independent contractors
- Already into Uber/Doordash/Skip the dishes delivery
- Looking for side hustle
- Students/ work permit/permanent residents/citizens all are eligible to work in this contractor role
- Living in the Milton area (preferred)

**Requirements**:

- Must be willing to obtain a CanSell license before the date of joining. (Easy to obtain in 24 hours)
- Must have a reliable car of their own to do deliveries
- Minimum age restriction of 19 years of age.
- Canadian driving experience of at least 1 year.
- Drivers license (Class G or G2)
- Possess an Android or iOS smartphone with data and calling to use tracking app and to contact customers and store
- Comfortable navigating the city using Google or Apple Maps
- Available to join immediately

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $10.00-$20.00 per hour

- Bonus pay
