Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in managing and supervising store staff
- Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support
- Assist with cashiering duties as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and products

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of technical sales and technology products
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Proficient in cashiering procedures and POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
