_**Nella Toronto is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Advisor to join their Parts Department.**_
- **As the Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of Parts and Customer Service related to parts with the support of the Service Manager, Service Administrator and office team. You will ensure all aspects of the parts department are running as effectively and efficiently as possible, with a focus on strong communication amongst all stakeholders.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Parts quotes, pricing and ordering of service-related parts.
- Responsible for all parts return authorizations.
- Receive and log all incoming parts in a timely manner.
- Structure and maintain inventory control system.
- Technical Support -(parts) as needed via phone, front counter, sales etc.
- Filing - maintain customer's files and records (parts invoices).
- Prepare, track and review parts reports with Service Manager and Service Administrator (Weekly, Monthly).
- Assist the sales team with inquiries regarding parts and troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1 year+ of parts advisor experience
- 1 year+ of customer service experience
- Experience working with commercial equipment is an asset
- Technically savvy with the ability to read manufacturer manuals and identify parts
- Excellent customer service and sales skills; customer focused with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment with precise attention to detail
- Administrative and inventory management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
