Today, we operate two brokerages, and we are excited to invite a highly motivated In-House Commercial Lines Producer to join our team and play a key role in our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by conducting phone prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and advertising through social media efforts.
- Generate quotes, cross-sell and up-sell to clients to ensure their coverage meets their evolving needs.
- Provide claims support and advice to clients and provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients.
- Retain the book of business by remarketing accounts, processing renewals and endorsements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for all clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be RIBO licensed.
- Experience with SigXP, Applied Rating Services, and Policy Works is an asset.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

- Base salary plus competitive commission structure with new business commission.
- Comprehensive benefits package available.

We offer a hybrid work model, providing the flexibility of both in-office and remote work options. Our Head Office is located in Stoney Creek, Ontario
