Position Overview: Warehouse Labourer
- Permanent full-time; Thursday-Sunday
- Permanent part-time: Friday-Sunday
- Full-time: Benefits after 3 months, matched RRSP after 1 year;
- Training courses provided to grow within the company.

What you'll do:

- Lifting, loading, and stacking frozen food (up to 50lbs) onto pallets;
- Safely and efficiently navigating the warehouse using a manual pallet jack;
- Accurately selecting product using company inventory system;
- Driving company reefer for transfers from warehouse to production facility;
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and Food Safety programs including HACCP;
- Maintaining warehouse organization and adhering to all Organizational policies & procedures;
- Additional loading, shipping and/or stocking duties;
- Organization of paperwork.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift, stack, pull and carry heavy items up to 50lbs safely and repeatedly;
- Must have pallet jack certification;
- Must be able to work quickly, be time managed and maintain a high level of energy throughout the shift;
- Must be self-motivated, competent, detailed and organized and can work with mínimal supervision;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance;
- Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- Previous warehouse and HACCP experience is an asset;
- Must be competent in Math and numbers;
- Clean driver's abstract and valid driver’s licence.

Working Conditions:
Must be able to work in multiple temperature zones including cooler (0 C to 4 C) and freezer (-20 C to -30 C) environments. Regular heavy lifting, including loading large pallets and overhead reaching. Must be able to handle all types of food products including fresh: seafood, pork, produce, dairy, etc. Steel toe (CSA approved) footwear is always required in the warehouse.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
