The Opportunity
We are seeking a Management Consultant from Canada to join our team in the United States under the visa program (valid for up to 3 years, renewable). This is a unique chance to contribute to a nonprofit mission while gaining international experience in marketing, technology, and organizational consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consulting on nonprofit marketing campaigns, including digital ads, AI integration, and growth strategies.
- Advise on organizational development, program structure, and compliance best practices.
- Develop workforce training materials and mentor nonprofit staff/volunteers.
- Support cultural and community-based projects to strengthen nonprofit impact.

**Requirements**:
- Canadian citizen (eligible for visa entry).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, marketing, communications, IT, social sciences) OR 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication skills and interest in consulting, marketing, or nonprofit development.
- Willingness to relocate to the United States (Southern California) for 12-36 months.
Compensation
- Housing and stipend package provided.
- Additional benefits include groceries and transportation support.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
