Jour, 1-2 soirs par semaine et une fin de semaine sur deux
**RÉCAPITULATIF**:
Soutenir le gérant du magasin (GM) en matière de gestion des ressources humaines, physiques et financières du magasin afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs du magasin en mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration du flot des produits de l’entrepôt vers la surface de vente.
**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Exploitation**
- Maintenir les normes du magasin pour optimiser l’expérience de magasinage des clients, faire affluer la clientèle et avoir une incidence positive sur la rentabilité du magasin.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion pour s’assurer que les normes du magasin sont appliquées en tout temps et en tout lieu, y compris dans l’entrepôt.
- Aider à gérer, en collaboration avec le GM, la planification de la main-d’œuvre, et tirer parti du système de gestion de la main-d’œuvre Workforce Management (WFM) pour maximiser la productivité de la main-d’œuvre.
- S’assurer que les niveaux de dotation en personnel sont suffisants pour exploiter efficacement l’entreprise.
**Ressources humaines**
- Respecter les normes en matière de ressources humaines.
- Aider à l’embauche en collaboration avec le GM, embaucher ou soutenir l’embauche pour tous les départements, à l’exception de la pharmacie.
- Veiller à l’administration des salaires selon les lignes directrices relatives aux ventes totales par heure.
- Favoriser la culture bleue et la mobilisation, en plus de diriger et de motiver le personnel en appliquant les valeurs ÊTRE.
**COMPÉTENCES**:
- Planification, jugement et prise de décision.
- Planifier et préparer la gestion des stocks.
- Faire preuve de jugement et prendre de bonnes décisions pour contrôler les dépenses.
- Offrir un leadership et un encadrement efficace ainsi qu’assurer le perfectionnement de tous les membres du personnel.
- Faire preuve de compétences efficaces de gestion du temps.
- Être capable de hiérarchiser rapidement les activités selon leur priorité en réponse à des initiatives changeantes.
- Faire preuve de compétences efficaces en organisation et en planification.
**EXPÉRIENCE**:
- Posséder une expérience antérieure en commerce de détail.
- Posséder la capacité éprouvée à faire avancer les affaires, à mener par l’exemple et à soutenir les programmes de l’entreprise.

- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour l’encadrement, les interactions interpersonnelles et les communications.
