As we launch our first flagship store in Winnipeg, we’re looking for a polished, dependable, and service-focused Key Holder to join our founding team. If you lead by example, love connecting with people, and are ready to grow your retail leadership journey, this is your moment.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Key Holder, you’ll support the store’s leadership team in delivering a best-in-class experience on the floor. You will take ownership during opening/closing shifts, serve as a point person for clients and colleagues, and help maintain the integrity, energy, and service standards of our boutique.
- Acting as a floor leader when management is off the floor—ensuring operational flow, client engagement, and service continuity
- Creating elevated and personalized shopping experiences that reflect our modern luxury standard
- Supporting and coaching associates to meet sales goals and deliver meaningful customer connections
- Executing opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory organization, and back-of-house processes
- Embodying the Modern Ambition values—sustainability, excellence, and inclusivity—in every interaction

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in a premium, lifestyle, or boutique setting
- A strong communicator with a calm, confident presence on the floor
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy with opening/closing responsibilities
- Naturally client-focused, with a passion for fashion, storytelling, and building relationships
- Detail-oriented and collaborative—ready to support team goals and retail excellence
