Yoga Retreat Manager

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage the center’s operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead Yoga classes and provide support to patrons and staff alike.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote the center’s services within the community.
- Ensure the center is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
- Training in the art of Yoga.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using management software and tools for operational reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in customer service or client relations is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00-$52,422.98 per year
