We’re currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic **Breakfast Ambassador** to join our dynamic team and help create memorable mornings for our guests.

**Position Summary**

The **Breakfast Ambassador** plays a vital role in our guests' experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring that the complimentary breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and inviting. This front-line team member is responsible for food preparation, cleanliness, guest interaction, and maintaining Marriott's brand standards of service and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prepare and present** breakfast items, including hot and cold food in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- **Set up, stock, and maintain** the breakfast buffet area throughout service hours.
- **Greet guests warmly** and assist them with any breakfast-related questions or needs.
- **Monitor inventory** of food and beverages; restock items as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas including **tables, counters, food prep areas, and equipment**.
- Maintain compliance with **health, safety, and sanitation regulations**.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor or management team.
- Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Assist with cleaning duties, including **dishes, utensils, and garbage disposal**.
- Occasionally assist with food orders and deliveries.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Previous experience** in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal** skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to **work independently** and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to **cleanliness** and **presentation**.
- Must be available to work **early morning shifts**, including weekends and holidays (shifts typically start between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to **25 lbs** and stand for extended periods of time.
- **Food Safety Certification** is considered an asset (can be obtained after hire if needed).
