ArcelorMittal Mines et Infrastructures Canada est à la recherche d’un contremaître, transport ferroviaire qui œuvrera sous la responsabilité du Chef de gare, transport. Le titulaire du poste joue un rôle de premier plan quant au bon déroulement de l’exploitation ferroviaire. Au cœur même des opérations ferroviaires, ce rôle peut agir et contribuer autant dans la cour de triage de Port-Cartier que sur la voie principale incluant Fire Lake et Mont-Wright.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Assure, de façon rigoureuse, le respect de la réglementation ferroviaire;
- Assure le déroulement sécuritaire des manœuvres des trains;
- Assure un support direct aux équipes de trains;
- Optimise l’opération en faisant une gestion stratégique des demandes provenant des secteurs d’entretien;
- Supporte la cheffe de gare dans différents mandats relatifs à la gestion de la main d’œuvre (communication, comité, etc.).

**Exigences**:

- Expérience pertinente en milieu ferroviaire;
- Habiletés de communication éprouvées;
- Ouvert et orienté sur le travail en équipe;
- Habiletés en résolution de problème;
- Leadership mobilisateur;
- Connaissances des outils informatiques et aisance à y travailler;
- Comportements orientés vers la santé et la sécurité au travail
- Expérience en gestion de personnel, un atout.
