**Summary**

We are seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our team at Spring Water Dental. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for our patients and staff, ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area.
- Monitor sterilization processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist dental staff by preparing instruments for procedures as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of sterilization supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures.
- Seat patients and prepare the operatory for treatment.
- Some chairside assisting during dental treatment

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dental assisting or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37 per week
