**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Welding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Please note: rate of pay based on qualifications/experience

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
