**What Will You Do?**
- Coordinate outbound freight at all terminals.
- Plan and coordinate with operations staff at each terminal to create line haul moves that have the highest load factor possible, while meeting scheduled departure times.
- Identify and prioritize which freight needs to move and when.
- In an effort to increase load factor, make careful decisions on when and which freight is held for 2 day service.
- Identify opportunities for increased departure time and load factor performance and communicate those opportunities with the appropriate Operations and Sales stakeholders.
- Responsible to coordinate and work with dock, data entry, drivers, and Regional Dispatch to find/reduce loads, and cut driver delay time.
- Monitor and report on scheduled departure/driver waiting time.
- Complete daily equipment reconciliation on a Regional basis.
- This position will work out of the Mississauga Terminal.
- Travel to other terminals will be required from time to time.
- All other duties as required.

**Ce que vous allez faire**:

- Coordonner le fret sortant à tous les terminaux.
- Planifier et coordonner avec le personnel des opérations à chaque terminal pour créer des mouvements de transport de ligne qui ont le plus haut facteur de charge possible, tout en respectant les heures de départ prévues.
