**Job Type: Casual**

**Probationary Hourly Wage = $19.91**

**Post-Probation Hourly Wage = $20.39**
**Wok Premium = $1.50/hour**

**Premium for Night Shift (22:00-06:00) = $1.00/hour**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proper preparation and presentation of food with strict adherence to food safety sstandards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work space in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the requirements of the Board of Health
- Assist with inventory and putting orders away
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
- Adhere to departmental quality standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**What You Bring**
- A secondary school diploma or a minimum of one-year related work experience
- Safe food handling course, knife handling skills
- The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming and Commission of Ontario
- Proven high level of Customer Service
- The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot, cold and humid environments
