**The Position**

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation is currently looking for personable, outgoing individuals to fill the role of Game Night Assistant as part of our hockey properties at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Reporting to the Assistant to the Director of Sales & Executive Suites; The Game Night Assistant is responsible for assisting in the execution of our Premium Experiences during our Calgary Flames home games, as well as other outside events.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in preparation, operation and take down of all premium Calgary Flames experiences;
- Work with Sales Department to ensure activations are done at the appropriate time;
- Maintain a professional level of conduct and interaction with clients to ensure they are having a great expereience;
- Help promote upccoming events and expereineces through representation of the organization at external events;
- Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds and perform some manual labour (set up tables, event tents, merchandise, etc.);
- All other duties as assigned.

**The Individual**
- Prior experience with sales/service business is preferred;
- Working knowledge of hockey and the National Hockey League;
- Working knowledge of football and the Canadian Football League;
- Maintain professionalism when working with and around athletes, coaching staff and management;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to be the front line of customer service as an individual and within a team;
- Passion for providing a memorable experience to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence;
