We are seeking an individual for our Meat Department that will be an asset to our team

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Weigh, wrap and affix price labels to products.
- Advise customers regarding the content and types of products available.
- Replenish supplies and rotate products in the display counter.
- Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers.
- Replenishes stock on the floor displays.
- Retrieve wrapped packages of meat from receiving area
- Participate in physical inventory counts for product management
- Process customer meat orders
- Clean floors, counters, work tables, trays and equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Comply with store policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as required by management to meet business needs.
- Need to be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication skills and ability to read and write in English.
- Customer service oriented and able to make good decisions.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and have attention to detail.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in meat industry and/or a grocery store environment are considered assets.

Working Conditions
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to bend, squat and lift occasionally.
- Ability to lift up to approximately 23kg/50lbs.
- Will be exposed to limited cold temperatures from freezer/cooler area

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
