BizTech College is looking for a ‘Director of Admissions’ to join our team at our campus in Mississauga, Ontario. This strong personality will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the campus admission department. The Director of Admissions will lead and guide the individual admissions representatives and will be accountable for reaching and exceeding enrollment budgets and goals. In this active role, you will create an immediate impact on the audience and embody our primary values every day by providing students with opportunities to proceed with the next step in finding their career.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the admissions team to meet the enrollment objectives.
- Contribute in preparing budgets, initiatives and strategies for marketing by working closely with Campus Director.
- Aware of implementing the admission policies containing inquiry’s development, understanding inquiry flow, appointment setting and strategies for interview processes.
- Ensure that ‘Admissions Representatives’ follow the determined processes, procedures and compliance policies.
- Facilitate admissions operations objectives and goals through delivering appropriate guidance, leadership and assistance.
- Contribute in hiring, training and reviewing the work performance of individual admissions representatives.
- Provide support in recruiting, qualifying and enrolling new students into college programs;
- Book appointments and continue communication with prospective students during the recruitment and admission process via CRM.
- Interview the potential students to determine eligibility, manage the entrance evaluation, meet with prospective students and complete enrollment documentation process along with compliance requirements.
- Keep strong follow up with students throughout all the stages of their program.
- Provide assistance to the financial support process by working closely with business affairs.
- Ensure that records are entered and updated in college’s CRM on a regular basis.
- Contribute in regular scheduled admissions meetings to deliver ideas on targets, goals and strategies.
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by the Campus Director.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor degree in in business, education and/or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, admission management and business development is required.
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing the teams are required.
- Experience with ‘Private Career College’ is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs.

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
