At Birdy’s Fine Casual Dining, we’re passionate about food, service, and creating memorable dining experiences. We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Cook or Line Chef to bring leadership, creativity, and precision to our back-of-house operations.

Your Role:
As an experienced cook, you’ll take ownership of your station and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of every dish that leaves the kitchen. You’ll work alongside a talented team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Collaborate with the back of house staff on prep, plating, and specials
- Uphold all health and safety regulations (HPECHS, Food Handlers standards, etc.)
- Contribute to kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and prep lists

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of professional kitchen experience required
- Solid understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Excellent knife skills and a strong palate
- Dependable, punctual
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
- Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
