**Warehouse Manager**

Spectra Event Group is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Principal, this position drives the warehouse and logistics function of the company.

This role is a permanent, full-time position eligible for extended benefits after a probationary period. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional shifts outside these times.
**Salary $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year**

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school certificate or diploma
- 1-2 years of related experience in warehouse management
- Familiarity and prior experience in the event, film or production industries
- Valid class 5 license with clean driving abstract
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
- Great interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Great organizational and problem solving skills
- Willing to work in a fast paced / team environment
- Proven track record of exercising good judgment in complex and nuanced scenarios

Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily flow of inventory through the warehouse
- Coordinate all inbound, outbound orders / inventory
- Schedule all trucking related to event bookings
- Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly tasks and reporting to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse
- Manage warehouse staffing
- Facilitate same-day rentals and timely turnarounds of rental items
- Occasional delivery / pick up of rental items from the venue
- Anticipate warehouse problems and work to resolve and prevent them
- Maintain stock of warehouse supplies
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness
