**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
We are currently looking for a student to fill the seasonal position of Receiving/Shipping Agent on the day shift. Thanks to your organizational skills, you will contribute to the smooth running of the department and support your team, so that everything runs smoothly You will be part of a tightly knit team that likes to have fun while working. You're proactive, described as a good team player and love to play Tetris, we want you on board

Reporting to the Receiving & Shipping Supervisor, the employee is responsible for receiving and shipping our products.

In summary, here's how you'll be spending your time:

- Support the receiving and shipping teams (during summer vacation).
- Prepare packages for shipment (affix labels on boxes, pallets)
- Prepare pallets (packing, strapping to protect and stabilize products during handling and transportation)
- Assist in shipping and receiving during loading/unloading of trucks with the help of a pallet jack
- Unpacking pallets at receiving
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment; Sweeping, dusting and mopping
- Go and carry packages (e.g. UPS, Fedex, Dicom) to the dedicated area
- Go and carry invoices to the finance department.
- Support the team during the physical inventory count
- Report any anomalies
- Any other related tasks

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Student available from May 15 to September 15 (flexible dates) (Proof of return to school in September required)
- Functional English
- Ability to work on the computer
- Be physically fit, job requires handling and lifting some weight (20-30lbs average)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate initiative

**WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER**:

- A summer job from Monday to Friday during the day (7am-3pm), 40 hours guaranteed
- Hourly wage starting at $21.85/hr
