Hiive is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and ambitious Analyst, Market Operations to join our fast-growing team and work with the Operations and Capital Markets teams on all aspects of our sales, outreach, and transaction processes and strategies.
Hiive is a fintech startup, backed by seasoned professionals with decades of experience in private equity and capital markets. The company has built a revolutionary marketplace product for buyers and sellers of shares in private late-stage venture-capital backed companies and “unicorns,” bringing a rational, beautiful and modern technological interface to a messy traditional market.
In this role, you will support all of our Capital Markets processes, including our customer relationship management tools, platform tools, customer onboarding, marketing and outreach, research, and compliance. You will work with various business stakeholders to ensure that these processes are organized to meet evolving business objectives, and ensuring they are seamlessly integrated with the business’ other key systems and processes.
**The right person for the job will**:
- Have an undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant area, ideally in business or economics, with a strong academic record.
- Have a keen interest in venture capital, start-ups, and private equity.
- Be highly organized, efficient, quick, patient, and detail-oriented, and able to handle a large volume of work, documents, and details with speed and accuracy.
- Be flexible, collaborative, and collegial, able to work with the Operations, Executive, and Capital Markets teams to design and maintain systems and processes that meet evolving business objectives.
- Be a process-oriented, open-minded thinker, willing to look at problems from multiple angles, with an appetite and patience for getting it right, iterating on systems and processes, and continuously improving.
