**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the premises, including landscaping and garden care.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance projects.
- Irrigate garden areas and ensure proper water management for plant health.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and storage areas.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in maintenance roles or similar positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools commonly used in landscaping and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and irrigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
