Hillcrest is seeking **reliable, experienced** professionals to join our team for window installation and aluminum capping work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install windows and carry out aluminum capping with precision
- Measure, cut, and fit aluminum materials accurately
- Seal and weatherproof around window frames
- Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the job site
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in window installation or aluminum capping
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Ability to lift materials and work at heights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
