**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data
- Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Power BI) is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present data clearly
- CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is a plus
