**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar multi-unit management role.
- Experience overseeing the operations of assigned stores within the district, ensuring they operate efficiently and in alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Experience providing leadership and guidance to Store Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
- Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.

**Bonuses**:

- Annual Performance Bonus
- **$50,000** bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
- **$25,000** bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
- **$15,000** bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
- **$5,000** bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales _(must be full -time, exclusive & live in the area)_
- **$1,000** bonus for each successful location you find.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
