**Job Summary**

They ensure the proper functioning of the cash registers. They must supervise and train the staff of the cash registers and ensure the day-to-day management of the operations of the cash registers, at all levels. On the other hand, they ensure the verification and control of the inputs of products and goods, both physically and in the computer system. They could be called upon to replace members of management as needed. They must also ensure compliance with standards and procedures related to health and safety at work.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Carry out personnel management.
- Train new cashiers.
- Perform tasks related to the cash register.
- Control the merchandise.
- Follow up on dashboards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications Profile***

**Training/Experience/Certification**
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a cashier.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a manager.

**Knowledge**
- Have knowledge of the Ogasys system (an asset).
- Have a good command of the French language, both orally and in writing.

**Required Skills and Aptitudes**
- Knowing how to manage one’s priorities.
- Be open-minded and a good communicator.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be a great listener.

**Working Conditions**
- Daytime, evening, and weekend schedule.
- Load of 50 to 75 pounds to be lifted.
