**Your Role**

As an **Warehouse & Customer Support Associate**, you'll play a key role in both **sales and warehouse operations**, ensuring smooth **order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction**.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Customer Account Management**
- **Cash out customers** efficiently and accurately.
- Understand wholesale fundamentals, including **open invoices, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R)**.
- Build strong relationships with **repeat customers** and manage their accounts.
- **Set aside customer orders** upon request and follow up at the end of the day for pickup confirmation.

**Inventory & Warehouse Operations**
- **Receive shipments** and verify inventory against purchase orders.
- **Must be able to lift flower boxes weighing up to 25 kg.**:

- **Must be comfortable working in a cold environment (cooler is always at 4°C).**:

- Conduct **inventory checks** (future use of scanners).
- **Put standing orders aside** for customers.
- Identify **Open Market boxes**, cut and dip flowers.
- **Change water and trim flower stems** to maintain freshness.

**Administrative & System Management**
- **Enter and monitor purchase invoices.**:

- Assist in **tracking stock levels** and identifying shortages.

- **Basic Accounting Knowledge** - Familiarity with **open invoices, A/R, and A/P** is a plus.**:

- Experience in Sales, Inventory, or Warehousing** is an asset but not required.
