**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, API guides, white papers, and FAQs.
- Collaborate on creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns that showcase the company's expertise and innovations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, end-user content.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards to ensure fast and efficient content delivery
- Participate in efforts evaluation to help planning product delivery and customer readiness
- Curious on leveraging AI tools for content generation
- **Content Management**:

- Use modern content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g.,Markdown, GitHub) to organize and maintain content repositories.
- Implement search best practices to enhance the visibility and reach of digital content.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all written materials are accurate, consistent with the company’s tone and style, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Perform regular updates to existing content to reflect changes in products, services, or industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Technical Writing, Software or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in technology industry.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare) and multimedia editing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Agile development processes.
- Creative storytelling ability to transform technical details into compelling narratives.
