**Join Our Team as a Handyman/Carpenter**

**Position**: General Handyman/Carpenter

**Responsibilities**:

- Experienced in finishing carpentry
- Tasks include siding, roofing, window and door installation, framing, drywall, mudding, taping, painting, building steps and decks, skirting of mini homes, door and cabinet adjustments, and various aspects of finish carpentry
- Build sheds, garages, and finish basements
- Focus on finishing manufactured homes, including mini homes, modular homes, bungalows, cottages, custom homes, multi-unit projects, and smaller commercial projects

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Punctual
- Adherence to safety regulations
- Efficiency in work
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- 35-45 hours per week

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly salary: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
