Lead Producer

The Container Guy’s YouTube Channel is looking for a Lead Producer to run our content operation. You will coordinate shoots, editing, and publishing to keep projects on schedule and delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on role focused on organizing people, resources, and timelines.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage production schedules, shoot calendars, and deadlines
- Coordinate videographers, camera operators, editors, and contractors
- Oversee pre-production logistics including shot lists and gear prep
- Track edits, feedback, and revisions in post-production
- Maintain asset libraries, backups, and publishing checklists
- Improve workflows and ensure content is delivered on time

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in video production, media operations, or project management
- Strong familiarity with YouTube and social media publishing
- Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Frame.io
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

**Nice to Have**
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere or Resolve)
- Experience with modular construction or build environments
