Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Interact with customers through multiple channels to identify their needs and suggest suitable products.

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and address customer inquiries accurately and promptly.

Provide outstanding customer service, resolving complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements to offer the latest innovations to our customers.

**Requirements**:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on electronics and home theater equipment.

**Benefits**:
We offer an above-market base salary of $35,000 - $40,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn additional commission ranging from $40,000 to $120,000 per year. With hard work, sales ability, and product knowledge, it's entirely possible to earn over $100,000 annually. We value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
