**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Warehouse Inventory Management (70%)
- Receiving and unloading incoming shipments of goods and supplies.
- Organizing and storing inventory in a logical and efficient manner.
- Picking and preparing orders for internal use or potential future online sales.
- Using tools to price items and label stock
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assisting with the movement of stock as needed.

Data Entry and Administrative Support (30%)
- Accurately inputting inventory data into our digital system
- Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
- Maintaining and updating databases with various information (e.g., product details, supplier information).
- Generating reports on inventory levels and data as required.
- Utilizing Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in data entry is required.
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Experience with processing invoices is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to warehouse duties, including lifting and moving boxes (within reasonable limits) up to 50lbs
- A friendly and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, Seasonal Position
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $15.70-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
