**IT Specialist**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- On-boarding and off-boarding of equipment, including computers, peripherals, and other tech-related assets.
- Provide live support for various computer and tech-related issues to internal employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and effectively.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- Handle networking tasks, including routing, and manage office Wi-Fi systems to ensure a seamless and secure network environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, college Diploma or Certificate in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with equipment on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Strong knowledge of IT product procurement and vendor management.
- Previous experience in managing a team of IT professionals.
- Proficiency in networking, routing, and office Wi-Fi systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
