We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Service Centre Representative to join our People team in Langley, BC.

You will be responsible for:

- Responding to, tracking, and following through on basic team member inquiries and triaging complex matters to the appropriate partners as required.
- Supporting and guiding team members with the use and operation of our HR management system and new People programs.
- Providing administrative support to various People department teams, including Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR Operations, and Claims.
- Processing data and metric report requests.
- Performing other duties as required.

You have:

- 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative capacity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
- The ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Experience with Service Now, Workday and intake management systems are considered assets.

- Tactful, diplomatic, and discrete with handling confidential information.

Compensation Details:
$43,680.00 - $54,600.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
