**Team Member - Court Monitor**

**Position Summary**

The Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring customer safety and service while maintaining and monitoring the trampolines and surrounding areas.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the duties and responsibilities of the Court Monitor include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Ensure the safety of all patrons;
- Interact, greet and be approachable to customers;
- Clean court when required (e.g. wipe and vacuum trampolines and pads, dust nets, etc.);
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and parking lot such as yet limited to the following: cleaning restrooms, floors, entrance way, outside the facility front and back, garbage and debris front and back, shoveling, de-icing and anything else assigned.
- Participate in birthday party “shout outs”;
- Assist with periodic administrative duties such as filing when required;
- Toss foam
- Switch trampoline court equipment when necessary;
- Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, waivers, and general Company information while seeking Supervisor assistance if needed;
- Relay rules and procedures of the court to customers;
- Ensure accuracy of wristband times and information;
- Uphold and maintain all Health & Safety Practices and Emergency Procedures to keep both employees and customers safe;
- Assess appropriate skill levels of customers and advise recommended equipment; and
- Ensure prompt response and care to customers requiring first aid assistance.

**Minimum Requirements**
- One (1) year experience working with children or customer service preferred;
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal);
- Accountable and dependable;
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to be proactive in a busy environment;
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic; and
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

**Working Conditions**
- Able to regularly work weekend hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours;
- Able to stand for long periods of time, usually the duration of the shift
- Able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs;
- Required to work in a busy, open area which may result in constant interruptions; and
- Accommodation is available upon request.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
