We are hiring a team member to perform prep work in the kitchen and assist customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the high level of quality Torch customers expect when they walk through our doors. Previous culinary experience is an asset but we are willing to train and teach you everything you need to know. You will be the backbone of Torch who supports the entire operation. Opportunity for advancement within the business is also possible depending on attitude and performance.

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Full-time: 35-40 per week

Job Description: Cashier/Customer Service

Objective: As the face of the brand and the first thing customers see when they walk through our doors, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service;
- Provide professional customer service
- Take and pack orders.
- Answer customer questions through the phone or in-person.
- Take care of Online ordering platforms (Uber, Skip, Doordash, ect....)
- Help Kitchen with orders if needed.
- Clean and maintain station and common areas

Job Description: Kitchen Staff

Objective: You will be responsible for preparing ingredients for the restaurant and cleaning/maintaining the kitchen. You will also maintain inventory, cook on the line when needed, and assist other stations if necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food in real time for customers
- Prepare a variety of different ingredients including meat, seafood, and vegetables
- Monitor prep levels and refill inventory
- Promptly fix or report equipment or food quality problems
- Clean dishes and equipment when needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen
- Perform other related duties as assigned by store management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.25 per hour
